Maple Peas are whole field peas with a speckled, maple-brown seed coat. They are one of the most popular legumes in pigeon feeding, valued for their plant protein and carbohydrates, and are a key ingredient in racing, breeding and moulting pigeon mixes. They are also fed to doves and other large seed-eating birds.

Feeding tips: Mix with cereal grains such as corn, wheat and barley to make a balanced pigeon or dove ration. Provide grit and clean drinking water at all times. Store in a cool, dry place in a sealed container to keep the peas fresh and free from weevils and other pests.
